Your Legacy Circle

The people you want to leave things to — and the things you want them to have.

What is the Legacy Circle?

It's your “who gets what” list inside Fyldit. Add the people who matter — your spouse, your kids, your attorney — and then link the documents you want each of them to inherit.

That's it. Nothing happens to those documents while you're alive. They just stay safely in your vault, quietly waiting until the day comes.

How it works, in 4 simple steps

1

Invite the people who matter

Add them to your Legacy Circle by email. They'll be asked to create a free Fyldit account so there's a safe place ready for their inheritance.
2

Tell us who inherits what

On any document — a will, a property deed, a life insurance policy, a love letter — pick the person who should receive it. You can give different documents to different people.
3

Live your life

Your beneficiaries can't see your documents — or even know what you've set aside for them — until the right moment. Until then it's all yours, private, in your vault.
4

When the time comes, the right people get the right things

Once your Trusted Circle confirms your passing, Fyldit quietly delivers each document to the person you chose for it. They sign in, accept, and the document lands in their own private vault. No lawyers' offices. No paperwork races. No locked drawers.

Why people set up a Legacy Circle

Peace of mind, today. Knowing your spouse will find the insurance papers, your kids will get the family photos, your business partner will have the contracts — without anyone having to hunt for them.

Kindness, tomorrow. The people you love won't be sorting through your things in their hardest week. The right documents simply arrive — sorted, labelled, and ready.

You stay in control

  • Add or remove beneficiaries anytime
  • Change who inherits which document
  • Update or delete documents whenever you want
  • Nothing is shared until the moment is right

No one can peek

  • Beneficiaries can't see your vault while you're alive
  • They don't know which documents are set aside for them
  • Fyldit can't read your documents — ever
  • Nothing leaves your vault until your Trusted Circle confirms

Who should be in your Legacy Circle?

Anyone you'd want to leave a document to. A few common picks:

• Spouse or partner
• Adult children
• Parents or siblings
• Your attorney or executor
• A close family friend
• A business partner or co-trustee

Common questions

Will my beneficiaries see anything before I'm gone?
No. They'll know you've invited them to your Legacy Circle, but they can't see your documents, your vault, or even which items are set aside for them.
Can I change my mind later?
Of course. Add new people, remove people, swap who inherits which document — as often as you like. Your Legacy Circle is yours to keep up to date.
What if a beneficiary loses access to their Fyldit account?
They can recover their account the same way you can — every Fyldit account has its own recovery options. Once they're back in, the inheritance you set aside is still waiting for them.
What if I never use Fyldit again?
Your Legacy Circle keeps standing watch. Documents only transfer when your Trusted Circle confirms it's time — so even years later, your wishes are honoured exactly as you set them.
Do I have to leave everything to one person?
Not at all. Every document can go to a different person. Your will to your attorney, your insurance papers to your spouse, your photos to your kids — you decide, document by document.
