Keeping Your Account Safe
Simple, everyday habits to keep your Fyldit vault rock-solid — and how to leave if you ever want to.
The big picture
Fyldit is built like a bank vault: your stuff is locked up the moment you save it, and only you have the key. But — like a real house — a few good habits make it even harder for anyone to get near your front door.
Don't worry, this isn't a long checklist. It's just five small things, and you'll never have to think about them again.

Changing things in your account
Change your sign-in password
Settings → Security. We'll ask for your current password for safety, then you can pick a new one.
Change your email address
Settings → Profile. We'll send a confirmation to the new email to make sure it's really yours.
Change your Master Key
Settings → Security → Master Key. You'll need your current Master Key to set a new one — that way only you can do this.
Sign out from everywhere
Worried you left yourself signed in somewhere? Settings → Security → Sign out all devices. You'll need to sign in again everywhere.
Leaving Fyldit — deleting your account
You can leave anytime. We'll delete your account and everything in it, and there's no way to get it back — so please download anything you want to keep first.
To delete: Settings → Account → Delete account. For your safety, we'll ask for your password and send a confirmation code to your email.
